Treasure Planet is based on the 2002 Disney Animated film "Treasure Planet".
Story[]
I. Disembark[]
A movement of Monstro's tongue forced a rag tag group into a ship that expelled them from the whale. Some proper introductions with Castur later and they found themselves losing oxygen in the ship thanks to Castur playing around with the controls. Thankfully before their lives were in too much of a danger, the ship was tethered by a much larger ship and brought down into an atmosphere of air on the larger ship. The ship was full of strange looking thugs, aliens who ripped the door off the ship.
A crab like alien was the first to greet the group in a not so friendly manner, but before he could do anything, the creature named Scroop was interrupted by a woman who called herself Captain Faris. Castur thought the best way to deal with this was to act as though he was the captain of the ship they arrived on. Offering her work and their broken ship in exchange for passage. Before Faris had a chance to respond however, Ignis approached the captain, explaining the lie that Castur tried to feed her and instead telling Faris the truth of what happened. The group then couldn't actually agree on how to go about the meeting. Karina believing that they wouldn't care where they were from, but had no use knowing their names, but it was too late for that. Lucky for them Faris found their bickering more funny than anything and declared that the group was now part of the crew, as they were pirates and "finders keepers" was a rule to live by. Aux immediately took to the role, taking cloth off of one of the pirate crew members to make himself a head band.
II. Stowaways[]
Being taken as part of the crew meant that the group had to adhere to the tasks assigned by a cyborg named Silver. He was a rather jolly fellow in charge of the kitchen and taking care of the cabin boys. This included a young lad that he referred to as Jimbo. The group was assigned various jobs to do, and while most stuck to them, whether that be mopping, or cleaning dishes, Castur decided to take a walk elsewhere. Those who were left behind tried to make small talk to the cabin boy, Jim, who had little interest in talking with them.
Castur in his walk managed to come across a conversation that he shouldn't hear. A few pirates were whispering to each other, asking about when something was going down. Before that was answered though Scroop dropped from the roof, catching Castur eavesdropping on them. Once again Castur attempted to bluff his way through the situation, though it did not end much better as Silver came in the room and was forced to break things up before Scroop through Castur off the ship altogether. All the while Karina hid out in the background listening into what Castur pulled, but choosing not to step in just yet.
Jim informs Kel that the end destination was a place called Treasure Planet, where the treasure of a thousand worlds was supposed to be held. It was the first thing that seemed to excite Jim for the most part, but Jim also confessed to be hiding down in the kitchen most of the journey. Jim showed them an orb that he claimed was the key to the planet, but specified that a man in a black coat had to teach him how to use it. Despite questioning, Jim had no information on the man who approached him however.
The conversation took sever more turns about black coats, but in the end it was pink slime on the floor that caught everyone's attention. Aux was still trying to mop it up when it flew up and formed a floating blob that mocked him, then it darted off. Jim declared they weren't supposed to let him out, so they ended up following the blob into the empty main deck, where Morph led them to an interesting sight.
III. Escape Plan[]
Morph lead the group to the captains chambers, where they found Captain Faris tied and gagged on the ground. After releasing her, she explained Scroop and some of the other pirates had blindsided her and mutinied. There was no word on what happened to Silver, but a man in a black coat calling himself Doctor L was involved. Faris decided it was best to leave the ship, but Jim refused without first finding Silver. Jim took the map with him as he ran back in but promised to destroy it if things went south, rather than letting the pirates have it.
Before any of them could get far, the man in the black coat stopped them, revealing himself to be a member of the Red Society named Zulu, or as much of the group knew him, Leo, a former SoS member. After quickly taunting the team, he demanded the map back, summoning pirate heartless to help him when the team refused to give it to him. Instead of staying to fight, the team retreated back to the small ship that they were to escape on with Faris, Aux going as far as to pick up and carry Jim there.
Not trusting anyone else with the controls, Faris piloted them down to the ground, no treasure in sight. Faris had been injured in the escape however. Ignis stayed behind to tend to her and keep Jim safe while the others went to look around and deal with the scout party that was heading their way.
IV. Ambush[]
While Ignis took both Faris and Jim and ran to a more secure location, the rest of the group set up an ambush for Scroop and the rest of the pirates that they could hear heading their way. As they faced off against the pirates, it became a contest of strength between Kel and Karina, to see who could take out the most. As the battle progressed however, Karina found herself talking to Kel, declining his offer from a long time ago to go to his world when it was all over, instead admitting to wanting to travel with Beuce.
As the battle came to a close, they noticed that Castur had disappeared. Figuring he would yell if something was actually wrong, Karina, Kel and Aux began to discuss marriage and what that meant to Karina verses what it was actually supposed to mean in most worlds. It wasn't until they finally decided to go look for others that they were once again interrupted by Zulu and his monologue about his backstory that no one cared about. Something about his dark past and love life that didn't matter anymore. Either way it left the three wanting to kick his butt.
The battle was less of a battle and more of a yelling match as Zulu was determined to be super edgy while also breaking all laws of how thing work, making it a near impossible fight. It didn't stop anyone from trying though, and stopped them less from calling out Zulu as the loser he really was. Zulu threw back something about the traitor among them before finally taking his leave.
While this was all happening Castur had found himself face to face with Scroop, finally deciding that talking to him wasn't going to do them any good and instead deciding to deal with Scroop his way, lots of gravity magic. Before Castur could return to the others though, he had another visitor, a man from another world named Jafar. Jafar tried to offer Castur riches in exchange for helping him in Agrabah. After gifting Castur a magical scarab beetle, Jafar left before Silver got to Castur. The two of them started looking for the rest of the group, while the rest of the group followed Ben back to his home.
Finding their way to Ben's home, Aux was immediately assaulted by Jim for knocking him out and carrying him around like he did. Karina however decided it wasn't good to just sit there, and left once again to find Castur. Soon she met up with him and Silver and were able to lead them back to the hideout.
When they returned Faris quickly assessed damage to Silver's leg, damage that could only be done with her gun. This lead to Silver having to admit to his hand in the mutiny that was started. Jim was hurt, but through words that Ben was blurting out, managed to figure out the secret to treasure planet. The orb was a key to open doors to many worlds, including the center of the world that they were in. They had done it, they had found treasure planet.
V. Ruler of the Sky[]
In the middle of the world of treasure, there was a ship that had Ben's memory core. Upon getting his memory back, Ben remembered that the planet was booby trapped, thus sending them running only to be stopped by a heartless that was more like a chest and a pile of bones. The battle wasn't their only problem though. After they defeated the heartless, the world started to fall apart, lasers shot out and sink holes were created. Jim tried to escape on a small vessel, but was cornered by Silver who threatened to high jack it. Before that was possible though the ship was hit by a laser and Silver had to make the choice between his treasure and Jim's life.
Saving Jim was not enough as the world was still collapsing. Ben managed to commandeer a ship, but the thrusters were not strong enough to get them away from the planet in time. They could open a door to another world to get out, but first they would need to give the ship a bit of a push. Karina and Kel got on the backs of Ignis and Aux's keyblade gliders, letting their friends get them close enough, while the two of them let their aura's of power imbue them, before they launched forward and kicked the ship through the portal, before following after it to safety.
