Story[]
I. Savages []
Following their defeat at the hands of No Heart, the group of Kel, Aislinn and Luna found themselves moving downstream a river in the middle of a forest. As they exit their raft, they find themselves met with two other men, discussing things about local savages and, upon seeing the keyblade masters, wonder if they are such savages as well. As the group introduces themselves, the duo introduces themselves as John Smith and Captain Ratcliffe, settlers from England looking for gold and attempting to colonize these lands. Ratcliffe soon leaves the group and John to go explore the grounds. John, meanwhile, warns the group in depth about these savages, though upon hearing his explanations of them the group is more or less skeptical about it.
All the same, with nothing else to do and wanting to make sure nothing bad happens, the group follow John along, admiring the scenery around them. After finding traces of other people having lived here, as well as John running off to do his own thing, the group cautiously moved around the rest of the woods, though still admiring at is as they did. Eventually, though, they came across a group of Native American people, the so called savages, and were apprehended by them. Stating that they had come with the "white devil," the group was starting to get a clearer picture on the politics between these races, though couldn't make much headway without first meeting the chief. Kocoum, the native american that had apprehend them, took them to their chief, Powhatan, and while doing so mentioned that a girl by the name of Pocahontas was still missing.
Luna instantly recognized that name as one of the seven princesses of heart she had learned about, and feeling stressed for the woman's safety asked to be able to search for her. The chief, seeing purity in the spirits of the keyblade masters, decided that it was fine for them to go do so. Exploring the woods once again, it didn't take long for the group to run into Pocahontas and Smith, who were now together and had seemed to have had a moment of their own. John seeing that these people weren't savages anymore still wanted to help colonize and bring English civilization here, but thinking that their way of life was fine, Pocahontas took them to go see someone named Nanaki. Nanaki, as it turned out, was a giant red tiger thing that could talk, and told the group that they were not always a beast. It all happened when a man named Hojo came and experimented on his people, turning them all into beasts and heartless before leaving without a trace. John took the moment to reconsider what he had been planning, but before they could discuss the politics of cultural homogeneity the sounds of drums could be heard blaring throughout the woods.
Pocahontas recognizing this as the drums of war, told the group that her people were likely in danger. Making their way there, the group saw all of the people being attacked by heartless. Taking to the battle, the keyblade masters moved out and managed to defeat the heartless, though all of the villagers had already been knocked out. Seeing this, the chief made their way out and blamed it on the keyblade masters as well as John and the white people. With this, they ordered the capture and later execution of John Smith, kept Pocahontas back with them and allowed the keyblade masters to leave.
II. Greed and Hate []
With war between the two groups of people imminent, the keyblade masters began to make their way back to camp. However, as they did, Nanaki met with them again and told them that there was something afoul here, and that darkness was spreading at an alarming rate. Pointing the cause to be a headless horseman, the group figured they had to bring them down, but didn't know where to look and so instead made their way back to the white settlers camp. There, they were interogated by Ratcliffe about the native americans, but not really looking to listen to keyblade masters, decided now was the time to go to war and claim the land as their own.
As the group could see the greed and hatred of both sides beginning to swell up in a massive torrent of darkness, it was clear that they were about to do battle. Worse yet, as the fighting started, some people from both sides began transforming into heartless. As the group was unsure of what to do here and how to quell the fighting, they could hear a cackle in the distance that Nanaki remembered to be the horseman. Making their way to the source, the keyblade masters vowed to stop the villain. With Luna obtaining the second level of her Light Aura, the trio of keyblade masters made quick work of the horseman, forcing the villain to retreat.
With him gone, it had seemed the fighting had quelled and everyone, bar Ratcliffe, seemed ready for peace. As Ratcliffe still held his gun and was ready to fight, John ended up taking a bullet for the native americans and Ratcliffe was incarcerated by his own men. Aislinn managed to heal John up quickly with magic, and with that, it seemed that there was a happy ever after for everyone.
Taking the time to rest, the group decided to camp under the stars for the night. It was then that Luna revealed to the group that the man reason she had been stressed. Describing the situation with the Princesses of Heart, she told the group the seven names she knew of, the last being her own. With Kel and Aislinn assuring her that it changed nothing, and that she could both fend for herself as well as had others to rely on, Luna's heart seemed to be at ease. When they next woke up the group wondered what to do, and figuring that John and his people came aboard ships, they must have one they can take back with them, the group decided to go look for one. Once aboard, the group said their goodbyes and set sail. However, after being taken by a storm, the group was soon flung off their ships, into the ocean, falling into the sea and being transported elsewhere.
